Yeah this is a definate for human error , there will be a few jobs lost over this one lucky there was no human loss , the oil and gas industry is dangerous buisness if people dont do what they are trained to do and take short cuts.

Soaked in Oil ????? - or the nasty chemicals they dumped on the ocean to make the oil disappear below the surface where the extent of the pollution will no longer be visible ??

truly amazing i reckon. i have a few more pics of it if yous are interested.
I dont think they done a very good job controlling the oil spill either, you think they could of put some sort of barrier up to conceal it all or something
