GARMIN 760 LOCK UP

Hello
I have garmin 760 that locks up at the same spot coming home from the shops 9 out of 10 times in the same spot give or ten metres
any body got any clues takes at least 45 seconds to re power then works ok till I go back to the same spot

have you noticed any large overhead electricity trans wires or transformer boxes /terminals or telstra
junction buildings in the area these may be the source of interference

Have you tried hard resetting the unit and check if there is any firmware updates available for it ????????...

Yes, get onto the Garmin site and update everything listed as being an update.
Even the voice files, believe it or not.
