Hi All, Just curious... I saw a Troopie on the road yesterday with what looked like an exhaust muffler mounted on the bull bar across the front of the radiator. Can anyone tell me what this set up is for?
Cheers
Alex

Alex,
It would have been an ex-
mine vehicle that was used to carry explosives around. They put the exhaust at the front so that there is no heat source under the tray where the bang-bang gear is.
Cheers,
Hughesy

Just re-read your post Alex and you said troopy. It still could have been a explosives vehicle or a vehicle from the coal mines. If it was used underground in the coal then it would probably have a
water scrubber on it as
well.

Most likely a coal
mine rig. If you are down around Moe & Morwell in Vic then you will see them everywhere from the power station mines. BradLife is short- but there's always time for a yarda.
