34 inch tyres for 100 Series Landcruiser

The story all started when I was chasing a set of standard rims for my LandCruiser to replace the split rims that are currently on it. I managed to score a set of rims fitted with 34 inch M/T tyres.
I fitted these to the vehicle and they look pretty cool but they hit the front guards on half lock. I am not prepared to jack the vehicle up the necessary amount as the handling is more important to me that the off road capabilities.
The tyres are almost new and apart from a few scratches on the tread face where they have been used off road are undamaged.
What is the best way to sell these? 4x4
forum ebay, trading post? I imagine a tyre dealers aren't interested in them.

You could try Trader - 8th blue tab from the left and right next to
forum at the top of this page.
