Hi chaps.
Just wanted to put something positive into writing, as we all seem to hear when things go wrong.
I ordered some electrical components from Derek a few days ago, and they arrived this morning.
When I studied the package size, I thought..oh no its too big for what I ordered, some poor chap has got my order, and I have his.
Upon opening the package, I realized that it was my order, but with a few extra bits and pieces thrown in to make the job perfect. And a few items to enjoy a cold brew after the job was done. :)
Derek, thanks again, much appreciated, and Have a safe and Special Christmas.

I'll second that, great to hear of good service. One tires of all the negative stuff
re retailers & service folk. I havent needed Derek's
services, yet, but he is on top of my list.

Im getting tired of hearing how good ABR is i tell ya.LOL Im another repeat customer of Dereks. Customer service is great and so are the products. Definitely be back to him again and again.

I have been meaning to post a similar comment on here. Great, fast service and often a few extra bits included to make sure you have enough.
He's on top of my list of suppliers to use when I need what he has.

I also echo the 100% satisfaction sentiments.
I got my recent order here in the West in two working days. , he must never sleep.
If you need some help or info he is back to you in a flash. He must never sleep.
I highly recommend Derek and ABR to any one.

I will back that up too...Recently my new battery charger arrived and he answered all my stupid questions.
Highly recommended will be back for a compressor in the new year.
