Went to
Perth from Gero looking round Midland came upon the Honda
shop (Haven't been convinced I need a genset) but what the heck I'll have a look ended brought myself a Chrissy present pretty happy with the price $1,750. Old story IF I had brought at the show back in March would have got a cover and trolly same price but must be happy with the price ON THE DAY which I am

You did
well. We purchased ours in 2005 and at the time they were just under $2,000 at the Honda
shop. We paid just over $2,000 but the difference was less than a trip to
Perth. Ours powers household necessities during power failures more often that it gets used out
camping! A great machine.

Bought a Honda copy (Chinese )off evil bay 2 years ago $550 2.8kva still going strong a little noisier & heavier than the Honda 2 but more grunt. Has all the same features econ throttle etc....So for
forum members who cannot afford nearly two grand for a genny have a go at the Honda & Yamaha copies.

Paid around $2000 several years ago. It's been good and reliable but we now tend to use
solar power when
camping. Still plenty of use for the generator during our frequent wet season storm blackouts. cheers
