4WD sales up by 13%

I seen on the news last night passenger car sales are up by 5% and 4WD sales are up by 13% .

I'd say sale would be up from the bottom - which would still mean sales are down from peak times.

i just refer to them in general terms as "getta"s as long as it gets me there and back who cares
there a bit like thongs but powered in a different way except you can use your thong to put ya boot into your "getta"

I guess a 4wd is anything that has all four wheels being driven at the same time Ford Territory etc etc etc. They are classed as four wheel drive instead of all wheel drive - same bloody difference I guess . Merry Christmas to one and all

Yeah I know what you mean as I am here in Germany, Anja's Father said it was the coldest night in 10 years at -14 the other night.

Watching the local news including the UK there is a lot to be said about global warming,roads, airports,trains, closed due to snow ice etc. LOL

It is part of the federal governments economic rescue package.
Using public funds to encourage small business to increase debt & boost sales of foreign imports with little or no local labour content.
Beats me. You must have to be an economist to read the B.S. into that legislation.
