All right guys, how easy is it to change a fuel pump from a 1990 Toyota Surf 2.4L Diesel Turbo. Any ideas would be helpful cause my just bleep itself....

From the wording of your question, I'd leave it to the experts. The major cost is in getting the injection pump overhauled, so you may as
well get the
shop to remove and refit and get the timing right.
