Engel service in WA

Our Engel is now not switching on as required to maintain the temp..........when I fiddle with the dial it will go on and then pull the temp down but then allows it to increase in temp again
Seems most likely the thermostat or the switch associated with it I guess............where in Mandurah or
Perth metro area might I find a reputable and competent place to fix this?

Gunmart tackle Fishing in Midland have Engel service centre and are open droppened in our fridge Saturday.
