Update on Jackaroo Query

I refer to my thread no. 7429, and realise that the problem would have to have been to do with fuel. Has anyone got one of those glass water catchers in their fuel line. I used to have one in a boat and it filtered out absolutely everything. Would I still have the pressure required in a Jack. to run effectively? Since I threatned the car with a good service it has not missed a beat.
