Would anyone like to share their thoughts about the best things to stop, see, 4wd etc.
I was told yesterday about the sky trek and it looks great. We do not drink...... yes I know I'm letting down the team so unless the Vineyards are out of this world we would rather not go.
We don't know much so anything would be a great help.
oh and we have a small dog with us all the way.
cheers hope you have a great N /Y

Hi iambiscuit
Here are a couple of things that I have enjoyed in the past, but there are many more
places.
NSW -
Lightning Ridge, always a hoot, plenty to see.
Dubbo, Western Plains Zoo.
Broken Hill, plenty to see.
SA -
Burra, have a pastie from the
bakery and a look around.
Claire, a nice little town.
Hahndorf, must see Hans Heysens cottage and studio.
Renmark, Ruston's Roses, spectacular.
And of course, The
Flinders Ranges.
There you go for starters, but I would go through the Barossa Valley, more to the place than just vineyards . . . That's not saying that I haven't enjoyed the trips to the wineries.
Cheers and Happy New Year

If your going that far up then do
Cactus beach, Pt Sinclair, Pt Bell, and maybe even
Googs track.
