Anyone know if the
tom groggin river crossing is achievable at the moment? Looking to head for an overnigther with river fishing mid week next week!

I can't tell you directly, but I usually refer to the information provided by the river levels downstream at Biggara.

Now the actual levels are of no use to compare with
Tom Groggin, but the rate of drop can be.
In the last few days they have had some rain, but it also shows that the levels are dropping quickly too.
When you do cross from the NSW side, take advantage of the viewing platform which can allow you to see the bottom of the river. It is up a slight rise on your right just before entry to the river.
To shallowist path across is to do a downstream loop. I.E. continue on the angle that the road takes as it enters the river, & then curve slowly to your left as you go, heading across the river & then head towards the exit. The path can be seen best from the viewing point.
