instructions for Al-Ko ratchet jockey wheel

I just bought a van that came with an AL-KO ratchet type jockey wheel but I've never used one before and was wondering if there are any particular instructions I need to know about before I clamp it on and start pumping. lf anyone has a set of instructions they could scan to me it would be much appreciated. thanks. darren

Its just a matter of setting the ratchet to either move the van forward or backwards and then inserting the handle and moving it up and down.
Didn't get any instructions with it.

My instructions state that the jockey wheel should be lowered to a blue line at the base of the wheel before using the handle to move the van.
