I just fitted these replacement globes in the TD5. They cost $49 the pair and look as if they are 50% brighter as claimed. They have a slightly bluish tinge. Certainly worth a look if your headlights aren't all they might be.Bob

Bob,
I put some H4 globes in my Narva headlights recently I can't remember what brand they are now made all the same claims but I didn't think they made that much difference, I recently changed to Hella headlights and the same H4 globes and it made a SH*$ load of difference, I think that the quality of the headlight also makes a lot of difference. The light from the Lucas H4's in my Range Rover is also great on standard globes. If you got out of this for $49 you did
well Bob, the ones I got cost considerably more than that, only now am I happy with the performance of the lights. Keep the shiny side up

Had a set in my Commodore, light output was great....................
Low beam blew in both bulbs within about 4 days of each other, they were only about 10 - 12 months old and had not done a lot of work (2nd car).
