Hi all,
We have recently changed from the box trailer style camper to a jayco flamingo outback camper, the family love the new camper but I would like to have the option of an external kitchen, not just a cook top.
Does anyone know of any vans / campers that have a external kitchen?

Cheers Scott

Not a "whole" kitchen in this case, but pretty close.
Light, water, 240V (inverter) power, 12V power, storage boxes for 'stuff'.
The 'dishwasher' is inside... :)

Possibly as many as 20% of all large sized vans & 80% of campers have an external kitchen & if not standard could be an option. They are the must have assesory at the moment. I'd either attend one of the big caravan & camping shows or buy a few camper trailer magazines to get an idea on the type that would best suit your needs. The options, specifications & prices are so varied it would be advantagous for you to choose a few that you like in your price range then post again to get more specific details on them.
At the recent Sandown caravan show there would have been over 100 vans & campers with external kitchens/cookers priced between $5000 to $200,000

The Conquerer Commander is virtually the same as the Jurgens, but with better suspension.

Like you we love the outside kitchen. Have a look at the Quantum or Eclipse from Australian Offroad Camper Trailers. We have a Quantum which replaced a Kimberley Karavan. One of the selling features for us was the outside kitchen. We love it.
