G'day all, have seen these, Enersonic PowerSaver, on ebay and also on the Sunrise Show, does any one have any practical experience with them? Supposed to smooth out AC current and save power and extend appliance life.... Maybe they are like Hiclones........all froth and bubbles?

Different to Hiclones which make things swirl.
These straighten out the electricity HA HAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
If a Jug uses 2400 watts to boil water it will still use that running through this thing or not.
Do they give you a bottle of Snake oil free with it.

Does not change the true power measured in your KiloWatt-hour meter in the switchboard....which is what really counts.
Check out this link for a good read of the snake oil tactics:

Hope that helps.

Buy a Lotto ticket. You've got a better chance of value for money than with the 'power saver'.
