Need to find some advice on the quality of Ironman bullbars, they are a whole lot chepaer then the others. It will be for a BT 50, anyone seen one with an Ironman steel bar on it? How did it look, or anyone know where i could find some photos of one?
The ARB bar looks good, but for the price i dont think i can justify it just for looks. As long as its strong, looks alright and can fit some Lightforce lights and an aerial im happy.
Ironman told me that the bar weighs around 48kg, is this light for steel or average?
Cheers

Give J&J Bull Bars at Slacks Creek a call for a quote, have absoloutely no affilliation with them, got the bar for our Commander from them, nobody else could supply. Very happy with result, is alloy.
Google 'em & have a look. Guessing you are in or near .

The ones I've seen look alright although I havent scrutinised them too closely but they do make them to the same australian standards for
winches etc so what do you want. The commercial units are steel construction and stronger.

I'd say 48kgs is about right, I installed an ARB steel bar on my Jeep and was able to lift it onto the mounts by myself, don't think I could do that if it was 80kgs but maybe the BT50 one is heavier.
