Hi, I'm looking to purchase a padded storage bag to hold our 19" LCD TV for when we travel. The place I had planned to purchase from looks like it's closed down, and my search on the net hasn't shown anything else is available in Australia. I wasn't keen on just leaving the TV on the bed whilst we're on the move, so I'm interested to hear what others do for storing LCDs in their van.

Thanks,
Linda.

Outback canvas and campers

They do a great job and are reasonably priced.

Possibly depends on the base but a 19" laptop bag might do ??

Mine is a laptop and sits in the car in its bag .

Cheers

Hi Linda,

We put ours in our bed tucked in by the sheets and under the pillows - rides beautifully.

Hi Linda

We got a multi directional swing arm from a caravan parts store; it screws on with four screws. It can be viewed from either end of the caravan. It folds back against the wall for travel, held tight with Velcro strap.

Prior to that it got tucked into bed during the day and put on top of the fridge overnight.

Do you still have the packaging? When i had to buy an LCD computer monitor when my laptop screen failed, it got packed back the same way into it's box with polyfoam packing, and travelled in a cupboard with the other electronics and stuff.
