Who was that with the galvanised camper on the back filling up with diesel at the shell in Miriam Vale at about 730 this morning? There was another vehicle and camper there as well but couldn't see a sticker.

We have a galvanised camper, but it wasn't us, wish it was. :o)
Would be good to be back on the road again.

Hiya Dave,
I'm hoping this is not 'off-topic' or 'chit-chat'...
Are you going to give us a progress report and a blow-by-blow description of the Coaster 4x4 build??
You may want to start a blog- I'm sure there would be interest !!
Cheers
Dave

Hi Dave,

I don't care if it's off topic as it's my post..lol

Yep the coaster 4wdconversion starts on Monday morning and due to a lot of interest I will be building and reselling quite a few hopefully.

Generally I will be using Izuzu NPR diffs front and rear and NP205 transfer cases or JCS Izuzu transfer cases. These are stronger than the Mitsubishi gear.

The Rockwell Transfers are getting expensive for parts and the Dana 70/80 diffs are expensive and parts are becoming a problem too.
This is why the Izuzu parts will be used as they are still in production and widely available in Oz due to the parts backup for the mining industry.

I may even convert some to motor homes instead of leaving them as coaches.

Cheers
