Transdirect Freight

G'day guys

I'm looking for an interstate freight provider to send a 4wd seat. Has anyone used Transdirect (http://transdirect.com.au)? The online freight calculator seems very reasonable. Any feedback or alternative freight providers?

From where to where? I use a few interstate mobs but have never dealt with Transdirect.

Mike,

Give Unique Express a call. They do all my Bris Perth stuff and just before xmas I was informed they now do Bris Melb. They are dirt cheap on their east west route and have never let me down or damaged goods in 5 or 6 yrs of business with them.

Whoever you use, try to do it under a business name, you will normally get a different rate to a single use private individual.

I moved a fridge from Brisbane to the ACT and the closest quote was like $150 then the buyer, via Trader of course, said use Greyhound bus service - cost $20, I could not believe it. It was delivered and last heard was chilling beers on setting one at about 2C.

Thanks Porl. I've used them before too. The heavy stuff they only do depot to depot, but otherwise a good service.
