Heading to the
Innamincka region for the first time and taking my 3 kids. Plan to fish the area. Anyone got any hints for the Cooper. Will the yellowbelly take lures or should we stick to shrimp/worms. Any help is appreciated. The Footdoc

footdoc, i had great success with fresh shrimp last trip 6 months ago, to the point of trying to
cook the fish in so many different ways, methods etc, they were a good size, we kept our baits off the bottom approx 1 mtr due to the mud and silt etc, we also had great fishing at an area called
ski beach, 2-3 ks to the left of the pub, grassed area and could easily stand a bottle or 2 of the reds and the cans, shrimp net is the way to go, goodluck.
