OT ??? fishing charters

looking for fishing charter co's that can provide 3 or 4 nights all supplied for some good fishing...snapper whiting etc etc...even the possible tuna hookup charter appreciated

went to local haunt (land based) over the weekend and got one small mulloway....getting sick n tired of doing this...costs a fotune for little or no reward........I'm thinking it may be better to spend the money on swmbo...maybe I'd get better a return on my outlay (if thats possible ?)......................................but not before I give one last try

Hi Member No1 Have you tried Charters at Marion Bay On YP, Nephew & his mates went out on one & i think they went to South Neptunes & actualy caught a large Tuna. Cant tell u mutch more except it was a 45Ft boat, if you want more info i will have to catch up with him when he gets back as he is working on a Cray Boat out of Pondy. Daryl

Where are you talking about No 1?

There’s a bloke running a large tinny out of Burke town who’ll take you down the Albert River to the sea. On the right hand side is Kangaroo point where he could land you and come back in a few days.

You’ll need all your own gear and be prepared to walk to the shore.

PS It's God's country up there on the beach.

Regards

Kim

Invest in a reasonable tinney and outboard, you will never go back to land based fishing again :)

There was a charter operating out of Pondalowie, he did extended 3 day charters camping on one of the islands off the coast. SA Angler magazine would be the best place to look.
