Barret 950 programming

Can anyone advise me how to program a Barrett 950 directly without having to resort to the software and using a dealer?

I only need to add two channels that I am missing and yes I have a license to use them but I object to being ripped off to the amount of $100 for the dealer / agent to add them......also another drive to the city etc etc.

Basically I need to know the unlock sequence to access. At the moment you can program empty chammels to receive but not transmit on a locked radio.
