Welcome aboard CB,
Very interested in the tale of your 79. Mines in Geelong as we speak having 500mm added in the chasis. Will pick it up Tuesday. Are you having pods/canopies built for the rear?
Cheers Mick

Hey nice ute Charlie.
Some things I found with my ute. The turning circle is not good. Easy fix.
There are turning limit bolt studs on the turning ball joint hubs. Front and back of ball joint hub. I adjusted
mine but about 1 turn. Need to play with it to find your needs. Just be warned that the more turn the more stress on the 4x4 ball joint.
Oh - good colour too.
David

Hi Charlie Brown
I will give you a hint on topics you shouldn't ask questions on.
Never ask about Toyota V Nissan, Engel V Waeco V Evakool etc, what tyres to use, what pressures to use etc.
Always do a search using this site or google before asking a question.
There is no problem with the 3lt Nissan engine.
Rule # 1 is the Moderators are always right.
Rule #2 If the Moderators are wrong Refer back to rule #1 LOL
Never answer DIO it only encourages him to say something stupid at a latter date, he will never reply to you anyway.
If you think it is a stupid question it probably is to some on this site and they will tell you in no uncertain terms.
All of the above was said with total JEST except the bit about DIO.
Have fun on this Site.
Cheers Steve.

welcome charlie brown,
its a great site to find out all you need to know about travelling this beautiful country of ours and a lot you probably dont want to know about as
well!!!
As yet I havent actually met any other ExplorOz members while we have been on the road but did meet someone in WA who was reading my travel
blogs which was an exciting moment for me. Also the trigger for much teasing from my husband about my being a 'celebrity'.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I have in my more than 12 months as a member.
Cheers,
Heather G
