portable solar panels

I have a 80watt panel on the roof of my van and a plug on the side of the van for a portable panel what is a good brand of portable panel and also could i use them at the same time the panels go though a controler in the van PK

Yes you can use them together as long as they are running in Parrallel and not series (someone more learned than I will give you a better description I'm sure). I have a set of 100W (twin 50's folding) I got from ABR sidewinder who advertise on this site. Very good unit. I looked at some other brands and found their outfits to be quite flimsey. The ABR ones are very robust and come well packaged.

Don't forget to make sure your controller can handle the extra Amps from the portable unit ...
