Can anyone tell me where I can view the Flamma 2
bike carriers for the front of an A Frame on my van. All I can get on google is the online suppliers but I would like to physically see one before I buy. I am located at
Tweed Heads but anyhwere up to
Brisbane will do.
Thanks
Colin

Alternatively search Fiamma Bike Racks. Seems you may have misspelt it

Colin
I cannot show you one unless you come to
Newcastle; however I have had
mine for 5 years and swear by it. The bikes are held securely, do not bounce around, have not been subjected to stone damage and stay reasonably clean. They need chain re-lube after driving in heavy rain. Ours is fitted to a Jayco Freedom which has had the gas bottle fitted in the boot. With the bikes on it is still easy to access all items in the boot with the exception of doing a gas bottle change. From measurements I have done, I believe I could have kept the gas bottle on the drawbar. Where the rack fits does restrict access to the sway bars I have and do not allow use of a lever to fit the bars. I have overcome this by the use of a looped rope to pull the end of each bar up. I am not sure how they would interfere with a weight distribution hitch lever mechanism.
If you go to Caravanners
Forum and search for Bike rack front, you can see a picture of my van and rack.
Cheers Stretchlizard
