what make of bull bar is this

G;day all, Can any one tell me what make this bullbar is. My SIL wants to put on a whinch but needs to know the brand and or model of it. The bar has no names or numbers on it. he needs to know what mounting bracket to get.
Thank you all in advance. ps it is a 2004 hilux dual cab.

Here I was thinking the shape/profile/lights/etc all looked very similar to the alloy bar I had on my Jackaroo from Aussie Bullbars (aka. Rallyspeed), and then I noticed the "OL" sticker next to the number plate LOL!
Yep, I'd say Opposite Lock too.
