Last year there was quite a few photo's of life risking maniacs published in the local paper , after a while I thought...hey this looks like becoming a collection so I began saving the photo's , wait until you see the latest............
I'ts only a matter of time before once again someone is taken and then all the do-gooders will scream...Cull the Crocs again.
IF you come up here from down South, use a bit of intelligence,
--------------------------------------------------
October 3rd, 2009 A tourist is lucky to be alive after he was attacked by a crocodile after taking a dip in a croc-infested billabong in Kakadu National Park yesterday. The 57-year-old man suffered bone-deep puncture wounds to his right arm.

October 23rd, 2009 A monster saltwater crocodile has been caught near a popular swimming hole in Darwin's rural area.
It took five rangers to pull the 4.7m beast from a permanent trap at Berry Springs - about 1km downstream from the main waterhole.

Today's photo really takes beating.

OMG, she would have to be drunk and drugged to be where she is. And then when the crocs do eat her, they are the bad guys. Like hellooooo! She should be charged with being a pest or making a idiot of herself or disobeying warning signs. Something. If one came at her over that mud, she would have no hope of getting away in that mud.

I will not be going with in 500 meters of water when we get up there, crocodiles or no crocodiles!

Glad one didn't get her, I'd hate to see the poor little Crocs become addicted.

Don't be too concerned Doug. It's just Natural selection at work thinning out the gene pool ;-)

Have to agree not the sharpest tool in the shed, as for her swimming partner. As for some of the other photos there are contenders for a stupid award with them as well.

When I figure I have met/seen/read about lowest common denominator in the gene pool I find there is yet more depth to the pool than i figured.

I just hope I'm not ever put in a position to witness an end result.

"IF you come up here from down South, use a bit of intelligence, "

Most do....its the locals that need some education by the looks...

Quote

"Wildlife Management International chief scientist Charlie Manolis said one in four crocodile attack victims in the Territory had been drinking.

And 95 per cent of them were locals."

Crocs attack drunk locals

Cheers

The things people do i tell ya. They honestly dont deserve oxygen really, or they have a serious mental illness. Thats just stupidity.

I must ask you this Doug, it seems to me nearly everyday i read the news headlines and something funny/bizarre happens in the NT. I love it.

Remember the fella, car full of dope, sitting on 160km/h, fondling himslef while videotaping it. And flies straight past the cops. That was a laugh.

Then the fella having sex at the bowser and roaring off from the cops.

Now the monkey thats on the loose around Darwin.

I absolutely love the Darwin paper. Great laugh.

Darwin definitely is a great place, i love it.
