Hi
What program are you using on the PC to communicate with GPS? Your message is a bit vague. Have you got VantagePoint? What operating system is on the PC? Apparently there are issues with Windows 7.
Cheers

Hi Greg
I'm running
vantage point,also windows vista
home premium,the outdoors
shop that I brought it from is the only place here on the north coast that sells the unit, and they tried but don't know how to do it,they offered me my money back, but I wanted the unit so I am trying to get help elsewhere.
