Wheel Cover spotted, Geocacher, have you been fishing?

On my way to the dentist this afternoon I spotted a white GU beside the Curdies River with a boat trailer. A closer look later and, yes, I left a note, the Geocaching.com sticker across the back window and HF antenna, with plasma winch cable. I tried to call one who may know, but he didn't answer his phone.
