Hi all,
Is anyone using this size tyre?
What brand and where did you get them from?
What vehicle are they on?
I'm thinking of a set on the coaster with the isuzu rims.
Cheers
Dave

The diffs are isuzu 6 stud the coaster's were 5 stud.
Want a wider tyre than the 750/16's and these fit a 5-7in wide rim but are wider in the tyre.
I'm having trouble sourcing 16x8 aftermarket rims to suit the isuzu pattern.
singles on the rear.
Cheers
Dave

255/100R16 is the metric replacement for 9.00 x 16s and are very similar in size.
These are standard issue for all early OKAs.
Michelin is THE brand, and uses a 6.5" rim. split or tubeless.
They are an excellent tyre in most conditions.
It is BIGGER than 8.25 x 16.
I have a shed half full of aging ones left over from when I changed to 305/70R19.5s which have about the same rolling diameter. Want a few?

Peter

Hi Peter,
I'd love 5 but the postage might kill me.
How old are they?

Various ages between 6 and 12 years I reckon Dave with 20% to 50% tread and 2 "as new" retreads. Most on split rims and some not. Most were on my vehicle when I bought it and I bought a couple of others for my trailer, then changed to 305/19.5s.
Cheers,
Peter

Thanks Peter,
To be honest they are getting a bit old for my piece of mind.
Thanks anyway.

I agree. I would not use any tyre that age for a decent trek. OK for around town though.
