G'Day All
Easter is nearly upon us and were off again, this time up to Murchison Settlement, had a successful trip out to Sandstone ,Mount Magnet and Cue on the Australia day weekend.
Is there anything we should pencil in as must see.We may head East from there to Cue,Sandstone and back to Perth,No real plan other than heading to the Murchison,All advise greatly received
Norm
By the way Dave's comming on this trip so I shouldn't be held accountable for any damage done to land marks ect:

Hi Norm, we went through that way to Coral Bay a few years back, we made a trip out to see the Old Errabiddy Camp , it's nof far from Murchison Settlement,we left the caravan at the Cpark and went out, a very interesting bit of history there, well worth the run.

Cheers

G'Day Norm

If you visit Cue, don't miss Walga Rock, a monolith with Aboriginal paintings (including the vexing three-mast sailing ship painting) along a large overhung fascade not too far west of Cue.
It is a special place in many ways, and great for an overnighter.

Hi Norm, we stayed at the settlement CP on our way to Mount Augustus last year, the road was excellent once you left the Mullewa Shire, have a look at Errabiddy Bluff, and if you are heading further north Bilung Pool is a top camp site on the wooramel River.........have a safe trip

Afghan Rock just off the Beringarra Cue Rd (sealed) is an unusual Rock to stop at, nice for camping, about 40km NW of Cue.

Garden Rock - about 14km? East of Cue is also worth a look. Well signed.

Dalgaranga Meteor Crater (past Walga Rock) is said to be a waste of time by friends.

I've wanted to look at Balloo Hill (north of the Boolardy Kalli Road) and Carrandibby Range (West of Bilung Pool) but got washed out from making it there last year. Would be interesting to find out if anyone has been to them.

Have fun!
