i have just brought a lc 100 4.2l turbo diesel, i live in
Melbourne Carnegie 3163, would anyone recommend someone for servicing near me, general service as
well for pre trip inspection, mark

I dont know where that is but I had a service by the Toyota dealer at Coburg.
Price was reasonable Job was Ok except for the hose left unconnected that made it feel like a 1HZ till I found the problem.

One of the little ones across the back of the rocker cover that upset something to the extent I could only do 80 flat out with the van on.
Also put a new air filter in that I had in the box of filters in the car and the old one had only done from
Brisbane to
Adelaide.
Demanded the old one back. Told it was in the skip.
Told him go see the mechanic that worked on the car.
Was under his bench as suspected. Is still in the car 50,000k later.
Got to keep an eye on them dont you.

if you dont mind driving to Belgrave i can suggest an excellent 4WD mechnic,ATOC autos in Belgrave Sth. Aaron is his name and has many customers whom frequent this

Hi,
I use Just Service for all servicing and Central 4WD for any 4WD repairs or additions. Both good service and easy on hip pocket.
No affiliation to either, just good local businesses.
