Blog or photo

I noticed in the BLOG section of the site that over the first 3 pages of so called BLOGS 35 of them related to the photo comp but made no comment.....

Surely if there is no written comment its not really a BLOG. Maybe the gang in WA should rethink the site and have a section strictly for photos and/or the photo comp and leave the BLOG page strictly of BLOGS

Just a thought..................................Jeff

So how do you propose they run the photo comp??

The use of blogs for entry into the photo comp is a great use of an asset they already have.

Why create more work for a 6 week period??

Even the Blogs in a Nutshell Blog suggests that photos are OK.

If ExplorOz management see's fit to host all those images they why complain.

The search function in the blogs is really quite simple to use.

"If ExplorOz management see's fit to host all those images they why complain. "

Should be "then why complain" :)

Kev, I don't think Jeff was complaining, just offering a suggestion for further improvement. Of course, it's up to David & Co if they think it's worth implementing or not...

Hi Jeff
If you read the newsletters, issue 201, it has it all there for you in black and white.
There is a photo competition and it told everyone how to enter.

Have a read and you will see what it is all about.

Cheers

How about limiting the photo comp to one "Blog" entry per person. Many have multiple entries with only one or two photos on each. One blog with as many photos in it as you see fit would make more sense.

Doesn't seem to be working that way then.

I think some people do not know how to edit their existing Blogs, which is why there is multiple blogs.
