I had a Fox Wing Awning fitted about 6 months ago.
I Decided to take it off last week as I am not going to use it until the gathering at
Wiluna in June.
When I took it off I discovered it was fitted without a heavy duty crossbar insert in one of the 3 crossbar brackets..
It was fitted by a bloke down here in Vic .
I rang Rhino-Rack in
Sydney and was told they could only supply a complete bracket assembly, at a cost to me.
After a mild bleat at the
young salesman he said hang on a minute. He came back on the line just a few seconds later and said he had found 2 and and he would send them to me free of charge.
They arrived today.
Quick thinking by the
young bloke and one happy customer.

"he found 2". Does that mean they fitted 2 other awnings minus the same bracket??

Hi Jeff
I am interested in these fox wing awnings.
Could you send a photo of the setup. Also how much do they cost?

David
G'day
I purchased my awning from a Rhino-Rack store in Yarraville Vic for $950.
It opens like a big fan and covers the left side and rear of the vehicle.
Side walls and other accessories are available.
The only problem I have, is that if you don't fold it back tight the zip on the cover is hard to do up.I usually solve this problem by swearing at it.Ha Ha
You can see how it operates on their web site.
www.rhinorack.com.au.
Regards
Jeff
