Happy Easter to all.

Like it says above, does anyone know if the Camps 5 POI file will load on a Garmin 276C?

I'd rather find out from someone who's done it before I shell out the $19.50 (or whatever).

Hope you all have a pleasant, safe and relaxing break.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Chris,
You can't load POI's to the GPS276c. I have been using one for about 4 years and have tried without luck. It just doesn't support this feature. Apart from that it is a great machine especially if you wan't to log you holiday for later loading to a laptop and the re-viewing your trip.
Anyway if you find a way of doing it I would be interested to hear how it's done.

Cheers,
Doug

Hi Doug,

Thanks for the reply (I think!). :-)

That's about the same length of time I've had mine as well, but I've never tried to import POIs. I'm going to have a fiddle with it over the weekend (SWMBO's capacity for finding jobs for me notwithstanding...) and will let you know if I come up with anything.

Cheers,
Chris

If it's a .csv file yes, do a properties on the file and find out.

I meant to write .gpx file , not .csv,
I don;t think it will accept .csv files, I had the older 176 , and had garmin .gpx files ,

G'day Doug,

Thanks for that. I'll check it out and see what format it comes as.

Cheers,
