Can you access the RAC website? I have been unable to do so for many weeks now, and RAC don’t seem overly concerned about solving this, but may be if it affects many more members they will be keener and be able to get a lead on why this has happened. Two out of three of our computers cannot access the site, but one can. It doesn’t match operating systems, and settings on all are similar. All are running same Windows. Surely I am not alone.
Thanks
Motherhen

No problems here (in Bunbury) accessing RAC's website .. tho' it did seem to take a bit longer than usual to load up.

Hi Motherhen,
I just logged onto RACWA. However it was very slow nearly 2 minutes to the first page. It took a minute to get to another page.
Cheers,
Pete

Thanks
RAC advise that their website is slower than usual due to the large number of people still visiting it for information on storm claims and to fill in claims forms. They expect to have their system coping better with the influx by tomorrow.

Hi Motherhen,
I tried to ring a week ago to claim for a windscreen even though there is a Kalgoorlie office where I live. I emailed them and they told me to log on to there website and fill the in claim form. Why I could not do it at our local office has got me! They told me I may have to wait awhile before it can be replaced and if urgent could I pay and they will reimburse me at a later date.
Even though it was a little slow I had no trouble with website.
Ian
