I got one from CARAC in Vic. Don't know if there is one in WA

mine from Kleenheat Gas, they are an off the shelf item, a standard gas type room heater hose.
I got the 3mtr one for about $39. If in doubt take the old one in and they can then match the fitting required for the Weber.
