Has anyone used Polypropelene sheeting for building a caravan and is so, where did you obtain it from.

What part of the van are you thinking of using Polypropelene.
I do not know a hole heap about polypropelene but I thought nothing sticks to it. I have welded it before but thats about it.
cheers Scoot . :-)

There are some vans and 5ers made from glass reinforced polypropylene honeycomb sandwich panel about. Very tough & light. Translucent, so the light shows through. Can't remember the supplier. Mopar, or something like that. Insulation is not as good as HD urethane core though, as used with fibreglass sandwich panels.
We used that for our OKA
from here.

Hi,
Good material for floors. I used a fibreglass/urethane panel from the same place as peter_n_maragret for my van i just did.
