nuvi760 download trouble

I have been trying to download the latest city navigator maps to my Nuvi and after completing the purchase form with the locale box indicating Australia-English, I continue to get the message "sorry but you must have a U.S. billing address etc.". What the hell am I doing wrong?.

Seems you are on the US site instead of the Australian one.

would appear that way but I logged into Garmin Australia, must be doing something wrong, will try again tomorrow.

I tried as I have an acct but no Garmin any more When you log in and find your device it auto goes to the US page.
Change the language to Austraian English and page will go back to Aussie with a
pic of Harbour
Bridge.
To buy a map I had to go to maps on the header bar as the sidebar gave a 404

If you have 2009 Maps, i doubt if the 2010 is much more advanced, you may be throwing your money away. Maybe
check with others here on this site to see if it has in fact, changed much,
