On Saturday I took the camper trailer to the dealer for repairs (to be picked up next week) and then called into my daughters place to demand the return of the domestic trailer, which somehow extended from a one day loan, to three months!

The garage was empty of boy’s toys at this stage, and it was then I noticed a bit of a cleanup was necessary. Tools were everywhere; nine tyres cluttering the space, not to mention other junk well passed their time.

So I’m sitting on a camping chair underneath the patio, sipping on a latte, then said to Damn Dog; ‘come on, we’re going to clean this lot up’.

She went inside and slept for the next three hours!

By 4.30pm the ‘man’s garage’ was looking splendiforeour..... Something a woman would never understand.

It also had added value. I found things that I’d been looking for over a number of years. Sadly they where out of date, and placed on the nature strip for the ferals to take home, which they did.

LOL

Regards

Kim

Hi Kim, Isn't it funny how we never stop doing things for our kids. Some say that as soon as they turn 18 they are on their own..... yeah right!

I don't talk to either of my parents, and i have a messy workspace which i can't stand, it's a slow and methodical approach to cleaning it up! To how i want it.

Plus i have to weather proof it some more.

Hi Kim, geez you are lucky, we lent our trailer to our Son about 6 years ago and still don't have it back, we decided to buy another one and because that has sides on it, it keeps disappearing as well, was always running across to Daughter and SIL's house to pick it up or taking it to Sons house, or daughter and future SIL will use it, we never know where the thing is.

Cheers
