Navara gearbox compatibiity

Can you look at a mates and try it out????

I had to pull my gearbox and test fit my 5spd, truck came with 4spd. everything bolts up except, rear tailshaft and crossmember, crossmember is to be moved back, tailshaft needs to be shortened, by roughly 100 -130 mm.

go to a wreckers that specialises in 4wd and see if they have the two gearboxes out and look at them closely. measure input shaft,length of box, bell housing, etc etc, then compare the two., also check to see which side the starter motor hangs off from.

pay attention to detail, and you might find they might fit. NO GARENTEES.

I'm not a nissan fan. sorry.

other option is do a web search and don't give up!!!!!

takes me anywhere up to 3 weeks to find information.
