I can't help you, but I would be thinking, hard to buy ..... even harder to get serviced!

We are very happy with ours but noticed a few months ago that the website had gone down and we wondered whether they've closed up.

Last number I had was 07 3206 2316.

Bought a DC65 last November. I have not been in touch with them since. Don't know if the number still works.

Very happy with unit. Service is not an issue as can be done by any fridgy in the rare event it was needed.

Could you let us know how you get on.

I have one more lead and will try it tomorrow. Because I will be away a couple of days I may not be able to post an update before Thursday night.

No luck. Rang home number twice (different days) with no luck. Left message on answering machine - no response as yet.

They were at 3 Venn Pde Thornlands Qld 4164
and had a postal address of P.O. Box 636 Capalaba Qld 4157

Seems writing a letter or a visit may be only way to resolve the mystery.

Be a bit of a loss if they closed up. They are a top unit.
I have had my trailblazer for 14 years & have had a faultless run out of it.
If I were buying a fridge freezer combination I would definitely buy the Explorer.

Hello
Hired a 90ltr exploerer last year for a trip. Best fridge that i have ever used. Went to book one again this year only to find out that they have gone out of business. Not sure if he has stopped making them all together???
