Don't know about SA but it's just hit the western suburbs of
Melbourne with a vengeance. It’s pouring down here at present.

If this keeps up I will never get to do my outback trip.
I was going north but the plenty is closed.
So I set a route south and then up through the Flinders. Now this rain could through a spanner in that plan as
well. Only 2 weeks before we leave. Here is hoping all will be ok by then.
Cheers

DIO,
We had a great lightning show to the south & east from here last night, glad that we didn't cop it for a change!

Oodnadatta got a good soak last night. Luckily we left the tent on the car and took a cabin at the
Pink Roadhouse.
When we left
Oodnadatta this morning track was in good condition although wet in patches. I would expect it to close as
well if there was anymore followup rain in the area.
Regards
Geoff
