We are looking to buy a winch - TJM have a very good show special on for an Ox 12000lb winch to suit our TJM bullbar. Can anyone give us any
feedback on this winch - is it any good? We have a troopcarrier 2004 model, towing a
Kimberley Kamper, all up fully loaded 4.5 tonne.

Good brand I believe, also Ironman is OK , TJM have a 2 year warranty so go for it.

Thanks, will do, good price is hard to resist. Plus, shouldn't have to use it too often (hopefully!) but peace of mind.

We have one. had it 2 years now and had to rescue me once and others 3 times. One was a roll over in the Simpson and the truck was just about on it's roof. Pulled ot over no worries. I've had no issues with the free spool or controller and it's be in a ton of mud, rain etc. I do rate these and so far so good.
