just because you have the aperture in the bull bar doesnt mean the winch will fit straight in ,you may still have to purchase a winch mount kit.warn are good, but there are plenty to choose from.

Being an ARB bar, a Warn winch would slot straight in. A 9500lb low mount would be the ideal match for the JK Unlimited with plenty of pulling power & an excellent line speed. There are some bargin chinese made winches of a similar capacity that will fit as well if you're on a tight budget & most would be fine for occational use.
To minimise weight over the front end I recommend fitting a synthetic rope like Masterpull.

Hi,
we have a JK, Mopar winch bar, (same stud pattern as most known brands) and have put a Tigers11 (chinese) winch in. 12lbs power, and came with synthetic plasma cable. For price comparison I really can't complain, and yes, I've used it and it works very well.
I didn't like the control box so I took it all to bits and rewired it inside the engine bay, out of the way.

I don't have one of these but I had a chance to have a look at one installed by a friend.
