What is required to visit Goyder's Pillar from Jervois and then return to Jervois while doing the Plenty Hwy? (not doing the Hay river track)

I notice that the pillar is to the north of the Aboriginal land and the road basically runs along the northern boundary.

Hi Alan
Goyders Pillar is actually on Tarlton Downs Station. But like to know the Station track that goes down to Lindsay's Place is part of Jervois Station. It is a very good Run along the track. I would give Tarlton Downs a ring first, as I bet if you were there at sunset, Lindsay would want money from you, even though it is not his property.

Cheers

That is not a very fair comment about Lindsay. He has always been very fair to me, and had no objections to us going to the pillar.

Hi
When we were there some people were not staying at Batton Hill and were out there. When we went there with Lindsay, he wanted $45 from the people that were there, so I am only saying what I witnessed. This was 5 years ago, so things may have changed.

Cheers
