Hello Truckster,

I have taken the fuel pump out of the truck - but can't get my hands on a digital camera till tomorrow - I will send you the pictures then. I can tell you that it is an in-tank model with the sender unit combined with the pump.

I called Jason Nissan (Wagga) and they sell them for $400 - a pretty good price compared with other dealers/wreckers. I am considering buying a new one, just for the piece of mind! - a second-hand one might also fail sooner rather than later. But it would still be nice to have a spare in the shed.

Cheers,
Jeremy

Personally, I would buy new as well. Not worth the heartache.

Hey,
From memory, i have one in the shed here.
If your interested i can post it to you COD for $50, as we all drive diesels here.
It was out of the injected petrol model. we also had the complete wiring harness, but we chopped it and used bits out of it.
