Hart Range

Hello all,

I'm travelling with a group of friends (in 4WDs) through the centre in about a months time and would appreciate advice on any experiences you may have with the roads as a result of this year's floods. Areas we will be covering include:

1. Ayre's rock to Hermmansberg via Finke Gorge NP and into Palm Valley
2. To West Macdonald and visiting some of the gorges in there
3. To East Mac, Harts Range (hopefully Ruby Gap)
4. Harts to Boulia via Plenty & Donohue Hwys
5. Via Dajarra, Cloncurry and up to Karumba
6. South via Kyuna, Jundah, Charleville, Cunnamulla, St George & Lightning Ridge

I appreciate conditions will change over the next 4 weeks, and I see road conditions on the state websites, but any first hand info would be appreciated. Even if they say the roads open, the state of the road isn't given.
