I am looking for web page that helps finding the cheapest
third party insurance. Do you know a independent page or a cheap one?

... seems to be the only one there is, QBE always the cheapest of the 5-6 ones.
I am new in Australia, there are not a few more companies around?

Try using the internet - type in "Green slip comparison" - you'll find what you want.
And don't take for granted what these comparisons indicate - it's still worth ringing up the cheapest quote providers to 'negotiate' something better!
